Eagle I is a marketing dashboard that generates AI-assisted business content (strategy suggestions, keyword ideas, competitor analysis, marketing opportunities) and, for accounts that choose to connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, lets you publish posts to those accounts directly from the dashboard.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account represents one business ("tenant"); business data is isolated per account.
Strategy, keyword, competitor, and opportunity content is generated by an AI model based on the business details you provide. It is a starting point and general guidance, not verified market research, legal advice, or a guarantee of results. Review AI-generated content before acting on it or publishing it publicly.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. Usage (e.g. monthly AI generations) is capped per plan tier; exceeding your cap will prompt an upgrade rather than silently failing.
Don't use Eagle I to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or platform-policy-violating content, or to access accounts you're not authorized to manage.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected-platform access.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including actions taken based on AI-generated content or content published to connected social accounts, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
